At Transfer Erkaitand S.L.U. we aim to operate responsibly and in line with the rules applicable to our activity, especially regarding service contracting, data protection and payment security.

3. Cookies and third-party services

The website may embed third-party services such as Google Maps and use communication channels such as WhatsApp. Where applicable, we provide information about cookies and similar technologies in our Cookies policy.

4. Contracting, cancellations and no-show

Our booking terms, cancellation policy (24 hours) and no-show rules are described in our Terms and conditions. We recommend reading them before confirming a booking.

5. Payments

To confirm certain bookings, we may request a proportional deposit via a Stripe payment link. Payment details are processed on the provider’s platform and we do not store full card details. More information is available in our Payment policy.

6. Fraud prevention and misuse

We apply reasonable measures to prevent fraud, impersonation and misuse, as described in our Anti-fraud policy and Acceptable use policy.
