Payment policy

Information about deposits, Stripe payment links, booking confirmation and refunds.

1. Purpose

This policy explains how payments related to private transfer bookings are handled by Transfer Erkaitand S.L.U.

2. Deposit to confirm a booking

To confirm certain bookings, we may request a proportional deposit based on the total service amount. The deposit amount will be shown before payment.

3. Payment method (Stripe)

  • The deposit is paid via a Stripe payment link.
  • The payment link is sent to the customer by WhatsApp or email using the details provided in the booking request.
  • Card details are entered and processed on Stripe’s platform. We do not store full card details.

4. Booking confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed when:

  • Service availability has been verified, and
  • The deposit has been received (when applicable), and
  • We have sent confirmation to the customer by email or WhatsApp.

5. Security tips

  • Always verify the payment link comes from our official channels before paying.
  • We never request full card details via WhatsApp or email.
  • If you receive a suspicious link, contact us before making any payment.

6. Invoicing

If you need an invoice or receipt, please contact info@transfermarbell.com and include your booking details.

7. Refunds

Refunds, when applicable, are handled according to our cancellation policy and the specific booking conditions. In general:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time: the deposit may be refundable.
  • Late cancellations or no-show: the deposit may be non-refundable.
